Burnt Sugar is a stunning rust creme that is opaque on one coat and stamps beautifully over both white and black.

A perfect collection for Halloween.  The description of each polish is taken from ILNP's page of each polish.  The Haunted Collection is a captivating set of 6 assorted formulas composed of contrast, sparkle, and shimmer for an enchanting array of finishes.
