Empress is a beautiful elegant metallic sea pink flakie topper! 

Seated in a clear base, Empress adds a glistening pop of rosy-tinged flakes ranging in size of any base color you layer her over!

I used one coat of Empress over mezmerised from Essie and 95% Angel from Floss Gloss. 

Empress was a part of the 2019 Monarchy Collection.
