Cupcake polish • Highly Cultured

 

Hello gorgeous! 

I wanted to show you Highly Cultured by Cupcake polish. 


Highly Cultured is a hot pink creme based linear holographic polish filled with smal opal iridescent glitter. 

I used two coats and a top coat for full opacity. 

For the design I used BLP02 B. an Artic Snow by B. Loves Plates and the stamping plate is Set1 by Lesly. 

Highly Cultured was a part of January 2019 Holo Hookup Box.

A perfect collection for Halloween.  The description of each polish is taken from ILNP's page of each polish.  The Haunted Collection is a captivating set of 6 assorted formulas composed of contrast, sparkle, and shimmer for an enchanting array of finishes.
