I have Encore by ILNP I wanted to show you.

A magically glowing nail polish, Encore is an undeniably vivid nail polish topper that lights up at every angle. At every turn you’ll see incredibly vivid hues of orange and intensely glowing greens. A must have!

I used one coat over a black and a white base. 

The stamping plate is Picturesque 106 by Moyra and the stamping polish is Bam! White and Straight Up Black by Maniology. 

Encore was a part of the 2018 Real Magic Flakies Collection.
