The beautifully icy blue shade of Cold As Ice provides the perfect background for its jaw-dropping holographic sparkle.


Jam-packed with holographic micro-flakes ranging in size, Cold As Ice is the epitome of sparkling! In the right lighting, you may even notice a glimmering gold twinkle alongside an arctic blue to purple flicker peeking out behind tides of holographic splendor!


I used three coats for my swatches.
