This is the Courtyard Collection by ILNP.

The description of each polish is taken from ILNP's page of each polish. 

The Courtyard Collection is a set of 6 beautifully refined shades with formulas ranging from holographic to metallic to speckled. Reminiscent of a serene garden comprised of fragrant florals, cobblestone paths, and a flowing fountain, the Courtyard Collection paints a scene of a serene stroll through a lively courtyard.

Penelope

Penelope is a creamy pale pink accented with gold metallic flakes.

Delicate and light, Penelope’s soft pink base is sure to leave you delighted! Complemented by a precise ratio of warm golden metallic flakes woven between layers of a pastel pink hue, Penelope’s creamy formula effortlessly glides on the nail!

I used two coats for my swatches.

Good Mornings

Good Mornings is a radiant teal holographic jelly nail polish.

A lively teal jelly base, Good Mornings is loaded with an assortment of vivid blue metallic flakes. Look closely and you’ll catch a glimpse of vibrant green sparkle alongside a touch of gleaming holographic micro-flakes! Inspired by the glimmering water flowing through a garden fountain, Good Mornings showcases an incredible finish full of radiance and depth!

Sundress

Sundress is a pastel speckled nail polish with blue metallic flakes sprinkled throughout.

Take a stroll through the courtyard wearing Sundress! A creamy ivory base is playfully sprinkled with radiant blue metallic flakes. A vintage-inspired color pairing, Sundress is a beautifully refined shade with an unmistakable contrast!

Morning Dew

Morning Dew is a khaki green with a scattered holographic jelly finish.

Taking inspiration from the quaint greenery in an earthy garden, a fresh green hue intertwines with droplets of gleaming holographic micro-flakes. Subdued and charming, Morning Dew’s unique tone and sparkling holographic finish create a distinguished shade.

Pebble Path

Pebble Path is an antique brass Ultra Metallic™ nail polish.

Inundated with incredibly reflective silver metallic flakes, an array of prismatic holographic micro-flakes intensify as every stroke leads you to an awe-inspiring sparkle. As lively in the sun as it is indoors, Pebble Path’s unique brass base will have you doing a double-take!

Harmony

Harmony is a light rosy mauve with a delicate holographic effect.

Harmony is a sophisticated creamy mauve further enhanced with a delicate dusting of holographic pigment. Inspired by blossoming floral in the Spring, Harmony carefully balances a rose-tinged hue with a subtle twinkling effect.
