New in • Dimension nails

Hello there, gorgeous!

I have an order from Dimension Nails I wanted to share with you. Nothing to fancy, just some basics.

I love the packaging! It's so adorable. These were taken with my phone.

Look at the adorable boxes!

Dimension Nails Gel Polish glides on brilliantly & can last weeks without losing shine, breaking, chipping or smudging. Even more amazing is it soaks off easily in 3-5 min without damage to your nails.

If you haven't heard about Dimension Nails their products are vegan, cruelty free and 10+ free. They are located in USA.

Base Coat

This base coat is used before applying gel colors or our Day Slayer Builder Gel. It must be applied first for the best wear times.

Top Coat - NO WIPE

Their universal topcoat is great for gel and air dry polish. If you’re looking for something to help your air dry polish last longer this will greatly improve the wear time. This top coat does not give off a moisture layer and does not need to be wiped after application.

Queen Scallop

I was a bit scared of using the products to be honest. The reason is that I've never used gels in the past, only a hybrid one. I was so scared of getting it wonky, bumpy etc. But Stephanie gave me confidence on DM's through Instagram that I got this and gave me bunch of tips to help me. So the next morning after receiving them I did what she said and voila!

I was actually impressed how easy it was to apply them all. I did want a sheer gel for a natural look when I  don't have nail polish on. Stephanie helped me to pick out the color, which was Queen Scallop. She was right, right? It's sheer and it does look so natural. Except for the shine of course, but who cares about that. Haha.

You may ask why I wanted gels on my nails. I'm doing a little experiment. As you may have seen already. My nails are quite stained after swatching polishes and wearing polishes. So I want to try to get rid of the stain and still swatch and wear all my beautiful polishes. So that's one reason. The other reason is that my nails are a bit dry, even with my weekly oil soaking. Keep in mind that oil soaking every Friday is something I did start with 13 weeks ago or something. I did also become more aware of oiling every day, multiple times a day 13 weeks ago. You know life and laziness. So the parts that are a bit dry or peely are old damage. You can't fix an old damage you know. So my thoughts of wearing gels will keep the nail grow without more damaging and eventually the stain will also have grown out.

So yeah, that's my little experiment. I'm not sure how long it will take for the stain to be completely gone. My nails do grow fast in my experience. However I'm exited to see the difference once it's gone. I'm also confident that this brand is the right brand for the process. You may have noticed that the polishes I wear are cruelty-free, 3+ free and vegan. These things are actually important to me so yeah. I will keep you guys updated on my little experiment so stay tuned.
